Lo and Behold

Well, I wanted to let everyone know that I am starting a business! I'm very excited about this, and will be soon "unveiling" the name. That is, once I finalize it. I have decided that one of my passions in life has really been on the back-burner for quite some time now. Now, that I am fortunate enough to stay home with my little girl, I am finally going to make this dream of mine a reality.

So, stay tuned for details.. and possibly some pictures. So get ready.

love.

Who's that baby in the mirror?

Bea Bea and Papa's House

We go to visit my parents every day, and that way they can share in the joy of my baby girl. Here are some pictures from this week.

The Blonde Emerges

18 weeks old

mini me

Chloe has decided that during nap time, she is going to put up a little refusal. Yes, at four months, she arches her back and kicks herself all the way down until her feet are up in the air. She doesn't cry, just likes to let me know that she is in charge of her sleeping. Miss Independent (I have no idea where she gets that from) Oh, the days to come...

ready, set, sleep.

I think it's so cute that from the day she came home, she has always slept with her hands up and behind her head. Here's some of the pictures of her "sleeping position".

miracles do happen

I just wanted to share a little tidbit for those of you who know someone who has a baby with colic. As most of you know, Chloe cried for the first few months of her life between 5-7 each night. It was very difficult, but her doctors assured me nothing was wrong. I knew better, and kept on until I found out what was wrong with my little girl. Reflux, and food allergies. Either way, before we gave her any medication, we tried a few products. None of which seemed to work, until Colic Calm. I am a huge advocate now! It's all natural, and worked within a few minutes.

It is a digestive aid, helps with gas relief, and is calming & soothing. The 9 ingredients are: fennel, peppermint, lemon balm, chamomile, caraway, ginger, blackthorn, aloe and vegetable carbon.

Even now, when Chloe has a tummy ache or reflux, I still give this to her. It even has a pleasant taste... It's a miracle. I just wish I had known about it months before.

Oh, and don't be alarmed when you see black poopie. It's completely normal.

It can be ordered through http://www.coliccalm.com

The truth will set you free

boo boo

Today when I was feeding Chloe, I decided to do the weekly "maintenance trim" of her fingernails. I slipped and cut her finger :(

My baby girl cried. and cried. and cried. She then proceeded to ignore me for the next hour. I felt horrible! My poor little heart hurt as bad as her finger.

yummy in the tummy

Great minds think alike

Chloe received her first onesie from Luine when she went on a trip to NYC. Chlo was getting hungry just thinking about all of that New York food that mommy told her about.

Carmina came to see her sweetie
Ms. Cheryl came and was able to hold Chloe (at night)...

Over the last few weeks, we have had many people come and give hugs and kisses to my clo. Here are some of the pictures. Thank you all for stopping by.

Nae Nae came to visit

Today, Chloe's Nae Nae came to see her before she went to work. Here are some pictures from their visit.

Things that make you go hmm..

So, Chloe has decided that she likes to drink out of a water bottle. She watches mommy drink, and decides that she is ready for the "water" bottle. Of course, she still refuses to take a bottle of milk. She is my daughter for sure. She knows what she wants, and doesn't want.

I captured some shots from the end of the bottle, as I watched Clo open up her mouth and stick out her tongue to drink the water!

She just wanted to let you know...

Polka Dot Party

Rice and Ban-an-as!

Ms. Chloe tried rice cereal this week and wasn't impressed, but when I tried the bananas she took the spoon away from me. She just kept opening her mouth and making these funny noises. I thought she needed a treat for going through her 4 month check-up today and having 2 shots.
